Latin Name: Brassica oleracea. Days to Maturity: 61. About the Plant: Can be sown spring or fall but fall sowing usually works better. Very cold tolerant. An early savoy cabbage with green heads and purple to deep red coloring on the leaf margins. Very attractive and has sweet flavor. Can also be used as a storage cabbage. Approx. 6,500 Seeds per ounce.
