Description
Latin Name: Brassica oleracea. Days to Maturity: 24. About the Plant: Heat tolerance-Excellent. Tender, flavorful, and very early. Our most tender, flavorful mini broccoli. Florets are tender and sweet with a mild flavor. May be transplanted like our other mini broccoli varieties or direct sown at 4–6″ in the row. Our earliest mini broccoli, it is 2–3 days earlier than Happy Rich though it has a shorter harvest period. Melody has a more vigorous plant and higher yield potential than Noble Jade. Pinching not recommended.
