Latin Name: Brassica oleracea. Days to Maturity: 66. About the Plant: Summer-Fall Planting, Fall-Winter Harvest. A late-maturing variety that performs well as a fall crop in the East. Also used as a winter crop in the desert Southwest, and a late fall/early winter or spring crop in coastal California. Not suited to mature during the long, warm days of summer.
