Latin Name: Armeria maritima. About the Plant: Perennial in zones 4-8. The snowy white blooms of these coastal wildflowers are super alluring to pollinators! Plants form tiny tufts of grassy foliage that reach 6 to 10 inches tall and 6 to 8 inches wide. It is a rugged and reliable herbaceous perennial that blooms from early to late spring. Excellent in rock gardens, containers, beds, borders, and in landscaping. You can even use it as a ground cover in areas with very light foot traffic.
